Cancellation Policy

1. No Cancellations:
- Tickets once purchased cannot be cancelled. We do not offer refunds or exchanges for cancelled tickets.

2. Rescheduling:
- Customers may reschedule their booking to another available show that has been announced. Rescheduling is only accepted if performed before 24 hours of the original show date.
- Rescheduling can be claimed only once per booking.

3. Process for Rescheduling:

- Provide your booking details, including the original date and time of the show.
- Select a new available show date and time from the options provided.
- Confirm the rescheduling request with our support team.

4. Conditions for Rescheduling:
- Rescheduling requests must be made at least 24 hours before the original show date and time.
- Rescheduling is subject to availability and cannot be guaranteed for all requested dates.
- Each booking can be rescheduled only once. After a booking has been rescheduled, it cannot be rescheduled again.
